Before your appointment

  • If you are having a colour or lightening service, please come with clean and dry hair. This will help us get the best possible result!

  • You will find the door code to access the building in your confirmation txt, you will need this to get in.

  • Limited parking is available in the driveway. If this is full, please park on the street or Kmart has ample parking just around the corner.

  • Please double check your appointment day and time, get in touch as soon as possible if there are any issues to avoid a potential cancellation fee.

deposits and cancellation policy

  • A $50 non refundable deposit is required for all new client colour bookings.

    The deposit will be removed from your bill at the end of your service and can be moved should you need to reschedule in one instance with more than 48 hours notice. If rescheduled more than once, or within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeit.

  • Cancelled or rescheduled appointments within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee.

    48-24 hours : 25% of the total service booked.

    Less than 24 hours : 50% of the total service booked.

    No shows : 100% of the total service booked.
